Jamell is a former college baseball coach who has a strong passion for the development of athletes to help them achieve their goals for the future. Over the last 8 years Jamell has been an assistant at a premier junior college and a division one assistant. During that time he developed programs and progressions to help players develop into a better overall athlete.
