Suspension Training is a full-body strength workout that utilizes a person's own body weight instead of relying on machines. Angel Wolf, a personal trainer and suspension class instructor at SP describes the workout as a mix between Pilates and personal training. The great thing about Suspension training is you are able to build strength while increasing mobility, it promotes long term health and the class size is perfect for individual attention.

In this class the foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breath work and meditation are utilized to fully relax your body and mind.
