Youth Training

Aspiring athletes, as young as five, are encouraged to participate in Sharp Performance training. Our goal is to help your child not only become the best athlete they can be, but to ensure long term development. Our trainers are able to reach these goals in a variety of training styles.

Alongside 1on1 and small group training, we offer seasonal camps and clinics to develop strength, speed and confidence in our youth. By focusing on (use some technical words to describe how we mold a holistic athlete)
