Jake Sharp

Founder and Director of “Sharp Performance”. Jake's vast knowledge and expertise surrounding body composition, nutrition, sports performance and supplementation enable him to consistently achieve optimum results for clients. As a transformational coach he is recognized for helping athletes and individuals achieve athletic success and personal growth. Jake primarily works with executive clients including proven athletes and business professionals seeking outstanding results within a designated time frame. Jake is available for Small Group Private training sessions on a limited basis.



David Leonard

A Kansas City native, David attended Shawnee Mission West High School where he was a three sport athlete playing football, basketball and tennis. In basketball David was an All-State and All-Conference point guard. In football he was First Team All-State on offense and defense while earning All-Metro All-Purpose Player of the year. In December 2009 David was named to the Sunflower League All-Decade Team as the top receiver.


David is a University of Wyoming graduate, where he played football and earned a degree in communications. He was elected team captain by his peers. David earned all Mountain West Conference honors as a wide reliever, and was top 25 in the nation for receptions and top 15 in the nation returning punts in 2009.


Post-collegiate David coached football at Shawnee Mission West High School and St. Johns Military School. David is a NASM certified personal trainer who specializes in weight loss, strength endurance, group fitness and athlete development. David enjoys helping athletes and non-athletes achieve their performance and fitness goals.

Cale Sharp

Cale is our youngest trainer and he brings a fresh approach to functional training through flexibility and mobility. He has produced numerous All State athletes in football, baseball, basketball, soccer, and softball as well as on the track, where he specializes in hurdles, recently producing a Junior Olympian placing top 10 in the United States. Cale has solidified himself as the premier youth athlete trainer in the area, working with kids as young as 5 but he excels at training all ages. He can be found at the gym training young athletes or you may catch him with his elite women's group which includes his mom, Jackie. 




Peyton Hoge

Peyton Hoge has had a passion for fitness since a young age. She has dealt with many injuries and many setbacks that have all helped lead her to where she is today. Peyton is a Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist, both through NASM. She also has a USAW certification that has helped her immensely to ensure proper form and technique of total body lifts. She can work with individuals on any level of fitness and train them get to where they need to be! Health and fitness is her lifestyle and passion. 


Courtney Monzon

Courtney Monzon is a Personal Trainer and Exercise Class Instructor at our Concordia gym. Growing up in Concordia, Courtney finds it very rewarding to help her community with health and wellness. She has always been interested in holistic health and strives to bring all dimisions of wellness to our Concordia gym. 

Courtney graduated from Concordia High school in 2014. She went on to Washburn University and graduated with her Bachelors of Arts in Kinesiology Exercise Physiology.
