Courtney Monzon is a Personal Trainer and Exercise Class Instructor at our Concordia gym. A native to the area, Courtney finds it very rewarding to share her knowledge of health and fitness with her community. She is a positive motivator and enjoys training clients of all ages and abilities- previous fitness experience isn’t necessary!
