Jake Sharp, Founder and Director

Jake’s vast knowledge and expertise surrounding body composition, nutrition, sports performance and supplementation enables him to consistently achieve optimum results for clients. As a transformational coach he is recognized for helping athletes and individuals achieve athletic success and personal growth. Jake primarily works with executive clients including proven athletes and business professionals seeking outstanding results within a specified time frame. Jake is available for Small Group private training sessions on a limited basis.

David Leonard

David’s method emphasizes the personal in training. Building a trusting relationship is his key to achieving all of his clients’ goals.  He works with all demographics and ages to pursue a wide variety of requested outcomes. Whether it is losing weight or building muscle, David is the right guy for the job. He strongly believes that a client should be able to work out without the hesitation or uneasiness that comes from a perceived a ‘lack of fitness’.  He builds confidence in his clients over time as he instructs them on proper technique and form.  Along with general fitness training, David also works with high school and college athletes of all sports and coaches the 7v7 Sharp Performance football team.

Cale Sharp

Cale is our youngest trainer and he brings a fresh approach to functional training by focusing on flexibility and mobility. He has produced numerous All-State athletes in football, baseball, basketball, soccer, and softball.  He has proven results on the track as well, specializing in hurdles, and recently produced a Junior Olympian who placed Top 10 in the United States.  Cale has solidified his position as the premier youth athlete trainer in the area, excelling with kids of all ages, even as young as five. He can be found at the gym training young athletes or you may catch him coaching his Elite Women's group which includes his mom, Jackie.
