High School training
Being a better athlete is about passion, commitment and discipline. Our Trainers evaluate and adapt on a case-by-case basis to prescribe you a custom training plan – A plan tailored to your specific needs based upon your goals and athletic needs analysis.
We’ll work with you to enhance your sport- and position-specific skills while decreasing your risk of injury and increasing your athletic performance.
Our holistic functional training will help you avoid injury during practice and competition so that you're able to stay in the game and reach your goals.
If you are involved in your respective High School's conditioning program (WHICH WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOUR ARE), we will work closely with your HS conditioning coach to ensure we accentuate the program he/she is running. It can be hard to individualize and accomplish everything within the large class size and small time- frame of school classes. SP Training can supplement your school conditioning with mindful training protocols to help avoid over- training syndrome and shear up any training imbalances the athlete may experience.
